I’m subletting my room in Bushwick starting asap through July with the potential to sign another year lease in August! Here are the details:

-you share the space with three other roommates, we mainly keep to ourselves. You only have to share a bathroom with one other person though!

-just blocks away from the Wilson L!

-right next to great bars and coffee shops like Father Knows Best

-laundromat on the same block

-there’s a pioneer supermarket just blocks away!

-roommates have cats! They’re very sweet.

The property management company is really prompt with repairs. If you’re looking for a room with a really convenient and fun location, I think this is a really good fit. An application is required and a 700 credit score. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any other questions!
