Adorable and bright furnished studio apartment in Brooklyn townhouse with private bathroom and kitchen. Located in the heart of Bed-Stuy within steps of some of the best bars, restaurants, and shops that the neighborhood has to offer. Only a 10 minute walk from the Nostrand A/C subway stop.

The apartment has basic linens, towels, cooking utensil, dishes, and a mini fridge. Small window A/C unit keeps the room nice and cool plus there is a ceiling fan. All utilities and wifi included.

My husband and I live in the building so are available should you need anything during your stay. Looking to fill the space with an individual or couple that are quiet, tidy, and respectful of our space.

Price is $100 per day. Open to renting the space for whatever length works for the right tenant and could discuss pricing based on length of stay.

My husband and I own the building and live on the first two floors. We both work in the arts - my husband has an art fabrication company and I am a costume designer. We enjoy sharing our building with other artists and designers. Its a small 5 unit building.
