About this Lister

I’m a Harlem-based photographer, director, and choreographer who loves working with people and helping them look like themselves on camera.

My background in directing and choreography means I’m very used to guiding folks gently, reading energy, and creating spaces where people can relax a bit. I’m inspired by real moments, good conversation, and images that feel natural rather than stiff or overly posed.

What I enjoy most about this work is keeping things light and low-pressure, whether I’m photographing a headshot, a creative portrait, or a family just being themselves. If you’ve ever said “I’m awkward in photos,” you’re probably exactly who I love working with!

Background and Expertise

I’ve spent over a decade working as a director and choreographer, and photography naturally became part of that journey. Working with performers, artists, and everyday people taught me how to give clear guidance and help people feel at ease in front of a camera. I’ve learned through hands-on experience, collaborating with other artists, and mentorship from photographers who value honesty and storytelling, so my approach is all about creating a relaxed, supportive experience rather than rigid poses. While no formal licenses are required, I bring a professional background with artists, families, and institutions.
