-No pets, sorry :( Two sweet cats live here already

-Huge backyard with a deck and fire pit

-Situated perfectly in central east Austin, easily accessible from I35 and Airport Blvd; close to bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, but still quiet at night; walking distances from the football and baseball stadiums, and very close to downtown/Red River District/E 6th.

The preference is to find a housemate roughly in our age range, has a similar schedule, and is respectful towards the house and is easy to get along with.

I'm a freelance editor and editorial assistant in my late 20's, formerly working at the University of Texas Press, now relocated to Hamilton Heights in NYC (hence the room availability). Other house mate is in her late 30s and a therapist working at a private practice in Round Rock, mostly working outside of the house (occasionally WFH), who enjoys going out to live music shows.
