Hi all! Subletting my room in a 3bd/1.5 bath lovely house in Fillipinotown for the holidays. Parking space in the back, washer dryer in unit, central AC/heat, 2 lovely roommates who will be out of town 2-3 weeks of the month so you will mostly have the place to yourself.
*We have a friendly cat who is only allowed in the common spaces - not this room who will be here with his owner for 1 of thr weeks of your stay :)
