Tucked into a quaint little neighborhood on a quiet Studio City Street, you'll find this mostly furnished 2 bed, 1.5 bath 3-floor townhouse unit in an 8-unit gated building with private rooftop and pool. Shared garage with attached 8-unit building nextdoor.

The kitchen features granite countertops, lots of cabinet space, stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher and fridge), my bougie Boos block, and my trusted KitchenAid mixer.

The dining room and living room are furnished with a large dining table and L-shaped couch, TV and entertainment center.

The half bath downstairs offers a super fun splash of color and additional toilet for guests and in case the other bathroom is occupied.

Both bedrooms are upstairs and feature large closets. The available room is unfurnished, but has an additional built-in desk and shelving unit above making for the perfect home office/bedroom hybrid.

The double vanity bathroom houses the in-unit washer/dryer conveniently on the same floor as the bedrooms.

You can access the roof from the available bedroom stairwell. You'll find a beautiful outdoor oasis with both open air and shaded areas currently furnished with a large dining table and full set of outdoor couch and chairs.

We stay warm and cool with the Nest central AC/heating unit. This also controls our key-less front door.

There are 2 covered, gated tandem parking spots and a spacious garage storage locker large enough to fit a bicycle and more.

Your monthly rent would be $1825 + utilities.

Looking for someone kind, respectful, thoughtful, friendly, and open to sharing cleaning responsibilities. Shared cooking a bonus, but not required. Open to men and women, LGBTQ+ and POC friendly. Vegetarian/Vegan/Kosher friendly!

About This Lister

I have a background in photography, journalism, and video production. I spent the last 4 years working in TV and film production in the camera dept. I've since transitioned out and am the Location Coordinator at a fitness studio in the interim. I work in the studio 4 days a week part time. I'm aiming for full-time work in advertising or other adjacent creative industries.

I love to sing, take photographs, cook for the people I love, go out dancing at Zebulon, travel, play with dogs, visit the beach, and hike around LAs gentler hiking trails.

I'm a very tidy person, but I'm certainly not a clean freak. I always put things back where they belong, but I'm not breaking out the cleaning tools as much as I should.

I love to listen to music or a podcast while I cook, but happy to throw on headphones if you're not interested. Happy to watch a movie or TV show together, and also happy to go read in my room.

My pronouns are she/her and I'm looking for a friendly roommate, but not necessarily a best friend as my social life is quite abundant!
