-Back entrance has significantly fewer stairs and is much easier for daily use

-Simple sublet agreement so everything is clear for both of us

-Background check (standard tenant screening only)

-References appreciated

-Timeline & Showings: I’ll personally show the space (virtual or in-person)

-We’ll review dates, expectations, and any questions during the showing

-Rent will be paid directly to me, as I manage the home’s expenses
