It’s a standalone house nestled in the hills with panoramic views, cozy indoor lounge spaces, and a huge backyard perfect for relaxing or working outside. The space is peaceful, full of natural light, and truly feels like a retreat.

Standalone house with just the two of us — no shared walls or building noise.

-Front entrance has many stairs (full transparency for accessibility)
-Back entrance has significantly fewer stairs and is much easier for daily use

Standalone garage available for storage, projects, workouts, or gear
