We are subletting our bright and breezy Santa Monica apartment — it truly feels like a year-round vacation.

Our spacious apartment is on the top floor of a small complex tucked away on a tree-lined street in a peaceful part of Santa Monica. It gets great in-direct light all day, then afternoon sun during golden hour.

Prime location:
- 8 minute walk to beach
- 7 minute walk to Montana (boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops)
- 10 minute walk to the downtown Promenade
- 10 minute walk to Pavilions
- 15 minute walk to Whole Foods

And two blocks away from the stunning Palisades Park bluff where we take evening strolls to watch the sun set over the ocean

- Private balcony
- 2 full bathrooms
- Main bedroom: King-size Avocado mattress + standing desk and monitor
- Guest bedroom: Queen-size Purple mattress + standing desk and monitor
- Shared laundry in building ($2 wash/$1 dry)
- Ample street parking
- 70" TV
- No A/C but the sea breeze always does the trick

Looking for:
A respectful, clean individual who will care for our home for 3-6 months while we're away. Good for low-key responsible singles or couples, who value a peaceful environment or who wants a space to work and relax. Plant lovers welcomed! (No smoking, no events/parties)
