500 dollar damage deposit. 130 dollar cleaning fee at end of rental. Payment for full sublease in advance. Can be billed monthly, for the right applicant. Please please please no parties. The art inside is very important to us, and valuable so we do screen candidates a bit.
Pets Policy
Tell me about your dog. 300 dollar pet fee for weekly or monthly rentals, plus 300 cleaning fee at the end of the rental. No cats.
