I’m an architect and professor, and my partner works in tech support. We’re both in our early thirties, tidy, easy-going, and considerate. We enjoy cooking, traveling, and keeping the home calm and welcoming. We’re usually out with friends or relaxing in our side of the unit, leaving shared spaces open and peaceful.

We’re looking for someone who values a clean, quiet, and respectful environment and wants a comfortable place to recharge away from the city’s noise.

We’re laid back, tidy, and we like to cook, chat, and keep the space calm and welcoming. We enjoy socializing with friends and having them over for dinner once a month or so. We appreciate art, good music, architecture.

We're looking for someone that will share a similar cadence of life, and provide a calm and clean place to relax when not in the chaos of the city.

Pets Policy

No pets currently, but a friendly cat may be considered with a $750 refundable pet deposit, returned upon move-out pending no damages.
