We originally posted this listing last month, but the selected tenant decided last minute to move to another neighborhood. We’re now reopening it for a November 15 OR December 1 move-in.

I’m an architect and professor, and my partner works in tech support. We’re both in our early thirties, tidy, easy-going, and considerate. We enjoy cooking, traveling, and keeping the home calm and welcoming. We’re usually out with friends or relaxing in our side of the unit, leaving shared spaces open and peaceful.

We’re looking for someone who values a clean, quiet, and respectful environment and wants a comfortable place to recharge away from the city’s noise.

We’re laid back, tidy, and we like to cook, chat, and keep the space calm and welcoming. We enjoy socializing with friends and having them over for dinner once a month or so. We appreciate art, good music, architecture.
