Bedroom has queen-sized bed with an extremely nice pillowtop mattress, bureau, large mirrors, large closet. Smart TV. Kitchen has everything you need: stove, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware/mugs, electric kettle, crock pot, etc. Views of downtown Manhattan skyline from shared balcony outside apt.

The neighborhood is beautiful, filled with quiet historic streets, coffee shops, restaurants, famous bars, bookstores, boutiques, plus great groceries-Trader Joes, Sahadis, and 2 others (Key Food/Food Lion), and all other conveniences: pet stores, pharmacies, etc. Subway (2/3/4/5/R) is 10 mins walk away and a very quick trip to Manhattan. There is also a wonderful ferry to Manhattan, Governor's Island, and other parts of Brooklyn only 4 minutes away. Apart from the building's private courtyard, there are FOUR great dog runs nearby.

This is a perfect place to spend some time in NYC.
