For rent a beautiful fully furnished room in a "5th floor Walk-Up penthouse" apartment with a massive terrace on a new building. The room is 150 Sq' and has its own sliding doors to the HUGE terrace.
The room has an amazing view of the NYC skyline and lots of light. Fully furnished with a Queen bed with a luxury mattress, closet, central ac/heat, chair, night stands, projector, a tatami for Yoga and a yoga mat. You will have your own separate bathroom adjacent to the room. The other two rooms in the apartment have their own bathroom, so no sharing.
We are going on winter vacation and we are renting our room!
The rent is $1,300 for the month and is available from 12/25/25 to 01/24/26 Only. There's a $200 refundable deposit and a $50 cleaning fee required.

The apartment is 420 friendly, but no cigarette smoking inside the house. Smoking ONLY in the Terrace.
We are an adult and matured couple, plus two close friends that share this 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. We all are very open minded and sociable.
I work in the film and photography industry, my wife owns a Colombian restaurant in Williamsburg named Palenque. One of our roommates is a journalist, the other is roommate own a beauty salon in Soho.
We love to share with friends the occasional dinner or light terrace bbq party, but since we will not be here you get to enjoy it with our two very nice and cool roommates.

The neighborhood is full of great restaurants and the AC train is just a block away.
