Moving to Philly for a job and am looking for someone to sublet my sun filled, calm, and airy apartment.

Relaxing, zen space in charming Greenpoint, BK. Located right off of Franklin Ave it’s a quick walk to many cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, fitness studios, parks. It’s right on the water so a perfect location to be on the hot summer days.

Apartment amenities include:

I am moving temporary for a job in Philly, looking for someone respectful who in search of a relaxing and cozy stay!

I've been in this spot for over two years and love the building, it’s a brand new calm place to reside when you need a break from the city chaos.

Looking for someone who is clean and friendly to stay for the full time but dates are flexible. (3-month stay minimum) I put a lot of care and energy into my space and the things I’ve collected over the years from my travels and art curations, so someone who appreciates good design and keeping an orderly home is much appreciated.

Also, someone who can water my plants please!
