I'm ideally seeking someone responsible who can commit to a 18 month rental (flexible w/ 6 or 12 month lease options as well), with start dates on December 1. I want to ensure our home is well-cared for by someone who will appreciate this special space as much as we do.
The building community values a peaceful, well-maintained environment. Tenants are expected to maintain the apartment and respect building quiet hours.
Please have references and proof of income.

- One month security deposit + one month rent to move in.
- Written lease will be prorated to length of stay.
