Hello, we are looking to sublet our lovely Williamsburg apartment starting September 15th(possibly October 1st) until June of 2026.

The apartment is in a high rise building with 2 elevators, laundry on site, gym, and co-working space overlooking the East River/Williamsburg Bridge/Manhattan skyline. The building itself is located in a prime location a couple of blocks away from the East River with lots of parks/green space nearby including Domino Park. 5 minute walk to the NYC ferry and less than 10 minute walk to the Bedford L train.

As for the apartment itself, it has high, open industrial ceilings, lime washed walls and huge windows. A spacious private balcony, access to a communal courtyard as well as rooftop access.

Amenities include WI-FI, AC/heat, dishwasher, washer and dryer in the building, gym, & co-working space overlooking Manhattan skyline.

We take pride in caring for the space and are looking for someone that will appreciate its charm and character that will do the same. We would like to find the right person, someone who is sensitive, responsible, clean, and respectful.

Expense for electricity not included in asking price.
