Looking for an apartment swap between my 2 bedroom in Brooklyn, with someone in San Francisco for the majority of November (exact end date can be discussed but could be before or after Thanksgiving).

The apartment is on the second floor of a brownstone (walk-up). The windows face East and West, so there's light in different spaces during the day, and high ceilings with fans. One bedroom is set up with a bed and armchair, and the other has a workstation and a small day bed for lounging. I'm very fond of the space and hope that whoever stays here can also enjoy it, treat it with care, keep the place in a good condition and also give the plants some regular attention.

There is wifi and all utilities would be covered. No laundry in the building but a 24/7 laundromat on the next block which is very reasonably priced and with same day or next day service. One of my favorite things about this apartment is that it has easy access to multiple neighborhoods - Bed-Stuy, Prospect Heights, Clinton Hill and Crown Heights. Each are a quick walk away.

Public Transit - just a block away from the C, and 2 blocks from the A express line (4/5 minute walk)

Amenities - there is a grocery store right next door to the apartment and plenty of others in the neighbourhood. There's also a blink gym next to the grocery store
