1,200 sq ft North Philly studio sublet is available starting October 1, 2024.

I am looking for one artist or a collaborative to sublease my 1,200 sq ft work studio.

The studio is divided into two spaces. The larger space is 800 sq feet and the smaller is 400 sq ft.

This third-floor studio has four large windows that fill the space with bright daylight, with no nearby buildings blocking the view. It offers ample wall space, making it perfect for painters or drawers. The studio includes basic furniture, work tables, stools, a shop vac, and loft storage. Space is also suitable for photographers, sculptors, writers, and performers.

Utilities are included, with one month’s rent and a security deposit due upfront. Shared bathrooms, a slop sink, and trash cans are accessible in the hallways.

Located at the window factory on 9th Street and Dauphin, the studio is close to SEPTA Temple Station and the Broad Street Line, within walking distance.

This is a secure warehouse with 24-hour access.

I'm an artist (painter) who has been working in the studio on and off for the past 10 years. Currently, I'm studying at Cornell University and living in Ithaca. I'm looking for a dedicated and reliable artist who can truly appreciate and make good use of this beautiful studio. A friend and performer has been using the space for the past year, but she's now moving away. If you're interested, she can probably give you a tour of the studio. We're hoping to find someone who will love and take care of this incredible work space.
