I'm looking to share space in a quiet neighborhood, preferably Brooklyn or Queens it has some trees around it. I may only be there a few days a week and want to live with someone who would like to share a meal once in a while. Of course sharing chores. I prefer a ground floor only one flight upstairs or an elevator building. I need Wi-Fi and a partially furnished room at least a bed and desk. This would be short-term at first and if it worked out could become long-term. My ideal roommate would be non-agest, and have a sense of humor. No heavy drinking or heavy weed smoking.
I am over 60 years old, teach improv theater, cyclist and swimmer. I'm retired from social work and used to be a dancer choreographer. I have chronic pain and would pay more of the share to someone who would take on more cleaning than I do. Looking for a friendly person who sometimes would like to share a meal and cook together.
