Hi everyone! I’m looking for people to apartment hunt with or an existing lease to join in Bushwick, Bed-Stuy, or Ocean Hill with an April or later spring/ early summer move-in. My budget is flexible, ~$1,500. I prefer a larger room and am willing to pay more, even above my budget, for a larger room or a private bathroom.

I’m 29 years old, I have lived in NYC for six years, and work as a data analyst in Manhattan on a hybrid schedule. I am transfeminine and poly, I love community building and hosting friends for chill things like movie nights and dinner. Have lots of interests: movies, clubbing/dancing, camping, painting, romance/sci-fi books n more :)

I like building a friendly and communicative housing environment. I am on the cleaner side and prefer clean-as-you-go dynamics or within a couple of hours of cooking/hosting. I am also open to more communal dynamics, including regular meetings, planning occasional hangs together, coordinating out-of-town guests using the shared space, etc.

For roommates to search with, I need people with strong income and credit. The rental market is tough out here.
