Hello! Looking for a one year lease no more than $1500, ideally would have laundry in building, with access to the subway. I work in lower Manhattan. I tend to be pretty clean, but don't stress out about it. Would love to be in a neighborhood with some things within walking distance. Coffee shops or a park etc. I'm fine with a place having character, doesn't have to be brand new.

I've been in NYC for 3 years and really love it here. I'm very outgoing and love a good conversation over a coffee or the occasional cocktail. I'm very outgoing and extrovert, but can respect others if they need time to themselves. Love going to art events, museums, movies, social hangs, but also love a night in to recharge. I'm going through a divorce, and have a beautiful 2 year old daughter that I visit on the weekends on Long Island. Would love to be in a space and neighborhood where she could eventually visit me every other weekend. Cheers!
