this has been my home and studio for the last 10years. It's a great quiet space in a warehouse on a quiet road in Dumbo, Brooklyn. I am away in Europe for the summer so looking for a respectful discreet person or couple to sublet. The building has a doorman and a brilliant roof for summer evenings, you are one block away from Brooklyn Bridge park and the iconic bridges and East River, a short stroll over to Brooklyn Heights or a 10 minute cycle over the bridge into the lower east side and Chinatown. I am an Artist and Illustrator and so it is set up to make paintings and drawings i have large work desks and a lot of wall space. The space is open plan, with kitchen and dining area, sitting room/tv are and then my work area at the one end.
It is really quiet and comfortable and i love living and making work here. This would suit a creative couple or individual who would like to come and experience a NYC summer.
