What I’m Looking For
A small, clean studio (around 200–300 sq ft) in DUMBO, Vinegar Hill, Brooklyn Navy Yard, or Brooklyn Heights. Good natural light is ideal, but not required. Access to a slop sink on the floor would be wonderful. I also occasionally do projection tests, so a space with decent wall surfaces is helpful.

Timing + Budget
I’m flexible on timing — anytime from January through March works.
Budget: ideally $1,000–$1,400/month.

Why This Move
My current studio is too far from where I live now, and I’m looking for a space I can walk to in under 15 minutes so I can maintain a healthy, sustainable studio rhythm.
