This is a wonderful 400 square foot artist studio in the Neumann Leather Factory building in Hoboken which hosts an artist community for over 40/50 years. Share this space with me, I am rarely there!! Never there during the week M-F 9-6PM this is the ideal time for someone to make this their studio !! Could carve out room for storage for you as well.
