HI Everyone,
We are coming to NYC from Feb 1-15. We have two small Bichon dogs- non shedding hypoallergenic. We have been doing this every year and are looking for a cool place to stay preferably in Manhattan or near Brooklyn since I work in Tribeca.
I do listing project with my place in Bay Area and always have the best people. Hoping we can find a cool place- roomy for two with an extra bedroom in case a daughter decides to visit with light, washer dryer, fireplace and good amenities:)
We are super clean and tidy:)

two fine artists I do mostly installation my partner is a sculptor and will be working out of Arts Student League on alabaster. We live in Bay Area but I am originally from NH/VT and lived in Nolita for 25 years- still work in Tribeca and go back and forth.
We are both super neat and tidy and appreciate beauty and harmony and green.
