i'm currently working on a project mon-fri in rural pa. i stay out here for the week. will be for the next 6 months or so. looking for a place in ny bc i miss my home. would be most weekends, not all, but also some weekdays, like appointments and the occasional comission in the city. would give advanced notice. so mostly arrive friday night and leave sunday night. looking for at least six months and could be open to longer. i am a furniture maker/carpenter/set builder. quiet and polite. male, 47 yrs young, clean, handy, and respectful. non smoker but dont care. dont drink but also dont care. i've lived in nyc for 20+yrs. mostly brooklyn. left in sept and thought i could stay out here but miss the city. really wanna be back to see friends and get some much missed culture on weekends. wont move a bunch of stuff in, but would like an unfurnished room. most everything is in storage. prefer brooklyn. looking for nov 15 or dec 1. pretty flexible and open about all of this.
