Hi and welcome! This is a cozy and inspiring 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment in a landmark high-rise building located in Clinton Hill—one of Brooklyn’s most charming neighborhoods. Just steps from Pratt Institute, the building features 9.5’ ceilings, exposed steel beams, and a creative vibe throughout.

The apartment is bright and airy, with hardwood floors, a freshly renovated kitchen, modern bathroom, and in-building washer/dryer. High ceilings add to the open, spacious feel.

You’ll have your own fully furnished private bedroom with a queen bed and thoughtful touches—everything you need for a comfortable stay. We’ll share the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked if you enjoy cooking, and the living room is a great place to relax or get some work done.

The building is modern and secure, with elevators and a 24/7 on-site super. There’s a clean, spacious laundry room in the basement with washers and dryers available any time.

Clinton Hill is full of great cafés, restaurants, and tree-lined streets. You’re walkable to Fort Greene, Bed-Stuy, Prospect Heights, Park Slope, and Prospect Park—as well as Barclays Center and multiple subway lines for an easy commute. The neighborhood has a warm, community feel while still offering easy access to all of Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Hi! I’m Melis — a recruiter based in NYC who recently moved into this cozy, artsy apartment in Clinton Hill. I work full-time from the office. I love decorating my space and creating a home that feels peaceful, stylish, and welcoming.

I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing, and I really value open communication and mutual consideration in a shared living setup. I’ve hosted and lived with people from all over the world and always enjoy meeting kind, responsible guests who treat the space like their own.

I’m looking for a respectful, reliable guest who values peace, privacy, and a clean, welcoming home environment. This is my home—not just a rental—so it’s important that the right person is someone who’s easygoing, mature, and considerate. Please let me know your dates and we can chat if that works!

Ideal guest:
• Keeps both private and shared spaces tidy
• Respects house rules and quiet hours (after 10 PM)
• Is mature and dependable
• Has proof of income, good credit, and can provide a refundable security deposit

Please note:
• This is not a nightly or weekend rental
• No smoking, no drugs, no parties
• No pets
• LGBTQ+ friendly
• No overnight guests
• Cleanliness and respect for shared spaces (especially kitchen and bathroom) are essential
• Government-issued ID verification required
• Full payment for the 3-week stay (or preferred lenght) and security deposit (1/3 of the full payment) due upon booking
• You must be comfortable sharing the apartment with me—I live here too!
