I’m subletting my 2 bed/2bath/1 parking spot apartment. Ideal candidate is comfortable committing to at least three months.

The second bedroom has been converted into a studio space/office with a desk, a backdrop, and photography lights, so it’s a great spot for actors, content creators, and artist!

It’s a gated apartment, and you’ll have access to a gated, remote-operated carport, as well as super fast internet and central a/c. Besides the fridge and stove, the kitchen also has amenities like a dish washer, toaster oven, French press, coffee grinder, cloth napkins, and water filter. The kitchen table is super unique from the 1930s!

The bed has a thick foam topper—it’s like sleeping on a cloud, with dimmable lighting throughout. We love a good ambient lighting.

This lovely apartment is located in the heart of Silverlake at the Sunset Junction, so there’s plenty to walk to, including grocery stores, bars, restaurants and coffee shops. The reservoir is maybe a mile and a half away. The back of the apartment overlooks a wall of bamboo so it feels like a serene vacation spot!

Our wonderful building owner/property manager lives in the unit next door and is happy to help should any issue arise.
