Hey there! I’m subletting my apartment while I’m out of town this summer. It’s in South Windsor Terrace, just two blocks from Prospect Park.
It is a converted one-bedroom one bathroom apartment (approximately 950 square feet) with two queen mattresses, one bunk bed, and a crib. It has two window AC units and a dishwasher. It was refurbished two years ago.
The apartment is in a stunning but old pre-war elevator building.
Only 3 minutes to the Fort Hamilton F/G train
I’m flexible, whether you need a week or want to stay for the entire time I am out, let’s chat!
