This is a warm, thoughtfully designed home with lots of space to spread out. On the garden level, there’s a primary bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, a kids’ room with a twin and toddler bed, a separate office, and an additional full bathroom.

The parlor floor features a bright, open-plan living space with a large kitchen and dining area (complete with a dishwasher), oversized windows that bring in tons of natural light, and a balcony with stairs leading down to a private backyard garden.
We spend a lot of time out there in the summer and love having coffee in the mornings or dinner outside in the evenings. There’s also a half bath on this floor.

The finished basement includes laundry and a separate guest space with a very comfortable queen pull-out couch.

The apartment has air conditioning throughout and is fully furnished and move-in ready!

We truly love our home and are hoping to find someone who will enjoy it and care for it while we’re away visiting family this summer.

Located near the A/C and J/M/Z trains, with great cafés, restaurants, and neighborhood spots nearby.
