The Role:
As the Assistant Manager, you will work side-by-side with the General Manager and Owners to drive sales, cultivate a positive team culture, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily store operations and workflow.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to staff to help them grow and succeed.
• Ensure outstanding customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
• Support inventory management, product merchandising, and order placement.
• Enforce company policies and uphold all safety and cleanliness standards.
Who You Are:
• A proven leader with [e.g., 1-3 years] of supervisory experience, preferably in a New York City retail setting.
• Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed performance goals.
• An excellent communicator who can motivate a team and effectively manage a shift.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
