Hi all!

I ended up buying a place but it will not be ready until April, so I'm hoping to sublease a place from August until then. Looking for a large room, preferably furnished; would love a studio as well. Budget is capped at 1800/month.

About me: I work a hybrid schedule, 3 days in office, as an attorney. In my spare time I play music (always through headphones at home or out), cook, work out (I would love to live close to a gym!), and watch movies. I'm very much a morning person and I'm usually out and about during the day. I have good credit and savings.

I'm looking for an apartment in either Brooklyn or Queens. Preferably Clinton Hill/Downtown Brooklyn/etc., but I'm not beholden to those neighborhoods; if the place is a good fit, it will work. Off of the L or the 7 would be ideal!

I'm not picky about a dishwasher, backyard, or in-unit laundry, though I would prefer lots of natural light. In terms of what I'm looking for in a roommate, it really just boils down to peace & mutual respect. I don't drink or party and I tend to keep to myself but I'm very friendly and I would hope for the same in any living space. I've generally been good friends with roommates despite not knowing each other prior; looking for a good fit more than anything else.
