2-bedroom/2-bath apartment in Prospect Park South located on the corner of Caton Ave and St. Paul’s Pl. Originally signed a 2-year lease but my roommate has to move states for a PhD. Looking to fill the room by August 1, 2025 and will be for remaining 14 months (with opportunity to resign October 2026).

Relatively new building (constructed 90s), 7 floors with elevator and app-unlocked double doors at entrance for security. North facing windows in each room.
