About the neighborhood:
I think this is one of the best places to live in LA. You're centrally located to everywhere without having to be in the actual hustle and bustle of it all. 30 min to Santa Monica, 30 min to Silver Lake/Echo Park. It is a great place to take long walks - you will see lots of dogs, young people, and families.

Also happy to provide recs for places to eat, what to do, etc in the area.

Quiet and responsible person or couple looking for a peaceful escape to relax and work from for the month.

I'm a freelance product researcher originally from Miami, whose lived in LA for about 2 years now.

I work from home so I consider this apartment to be a sanctuary of sorts that I spend a lot of time in - so it being cozy and functional is important to me!

I can be flexible with the exact move in dates. I'll be on the East Coast traveling during the month, but have friends in the area so if you need anything during your stay I can have someone come help you.
