We are renting out our beautiful home on a fabulous tree lined block in Clinton Hill starting July 11 until August 13. Shorter stays can be accommodated.

The duplex covers the top two floors of a historic townhouse. It receives an abundance of light and has a lovely roof deck.

The lower floor is one big open space with a kitchen. The upper floor consists of a primary bedroom with a king size bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed, two bathrooms, a study/play area and a washer/dryer unit. The apartment is also outfitted with a central air conditioning system.

The location is very convenient, steps away from Pratt Institute and in close vicinity of great restaurants, coffeeshops, schools, playgrounds, and Fort Greene Park. Prospect Park is also not far. The Clinton-Washington C and G train stations are two blocks away. This apartment has everything you need to enjoy Brooklyn to the fullest.

We are looking for someone clean, professional, and respectful. The apartment is fully furnished.
