This is a room in a three bedroom apartment! Rent is $1175 plus utilities. We have the main floor and the basement of the building—two bedrooms on the main floor and one in the basement. 1.5 bathrooms. Lots of storage. Laundry is in building. Central air conditioning. We also have a small backyard where we grow plants/sometimes have fires and barbeque!

We are two mid-late 20's guys who are both artists. One of us just completed an MFA last spring and the other one is in his second year. We keep the house nice and tidy. In general we like to socialize but tend to do most of that out of the house. It's a pretty quiet apartment. We'd love someone who's a similar age, laid back, and clean (and maybe also an artist!)
