Applicants will be asked to complete a rental application and provide proof of income, such as two to three recent pay stubs or a tax return if self-employed. A credit and background check will be required (applicant pays the fee), along with a copy of a government-issued photo ID. At lease signing, the first month’s rent and a one-month security deposit are due. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis with approval, and smoking is not permitted on the premises.
Pets Policy
Quiet dogs are allowed. To use the shared backyard, the dog must get along with the owner/landlords dog. Cats are allowed.
