Lease: Start date 8/1 (some flexibility for sooner:later). Commitment to stay until the end of the year/lease term 12/31. Option to renew.

Rent $1079.43 (rent stabilized). Utilities $75-100.

Room: Large enough for queen size bed, desk, dresser, & clothing rack. No closet in room, but large shared closet & storage shelves in front hall (photos marked 1 & 3 are two different views of "your" room).

Apartment: Street-facing 3rd floor walk up (top of building). Street is quiet. No dishwasher or laundry in unit. Access to roof & gorg views of Manhattan/ Bk.

Directly around the corner from the 36 Av N/W station. 15 min ride to midtown.

Grocery, coffee, laundromat all around the corner or within a block.

Ideally you’ll be a mid 20’s+ professional who loves pets but doesn’t have one of their own. Preference to individuals who already live in/around the city.

All in all, I want this to be your home and for you to be comfortable for however long you stay!

I’m (she/her) a 26 y/o law student with a very sweet cat. Mostly out of the house for long days with work and school, but will WFH 1-2 days a week.

Cleanliness is important to me, but clutter is ok! I want the kitchen to be free of overnight dishes and things like that to avoid pests, but a little mess is bound to happen. I’d like to be friendly with my roommate, most important is that we have clear communication. I may not have many guests over, but you’re welcome to have guests as long as you let me know and a partner or friend isn’t staying over too frequently (no bonus third roommate please).
