Our Spanish-style guest house is the perfect place for a long term rental. Located in the Glens in Beachwood Canyon, guests will enjoy peace and quiet, a bright, breezy kitchen, and a spacious private deck overlooking the city.

The guest house features a fully stocked kitchen and bath, plush queen bed (linens and towels), and washer/dryer. The kitchen is equipped for cooking. The deck is exclusively for the use of the guest unit. There is no smoking in the unit or anywhere on the property. One bed/one bath, full kitchen, laundry, closet space and small desk. Large monitor for work space or media. Cafe table and 2 chairs in kitchen area, large table and 2 chairs plus umbrella on deck. Excellent light, cozy, private and lush garden views. Hummingbirds, butterflies and trees.
Stocked kitchen with dishes, microwave, toaster, stove, pots/pans, cutlery and bedding. All utilities included.
Parking on street, no restrictions. Walking distance to Beachwood cafe, market and Lake Hollywood.
