Hi! I’m renting out my beautiful, light-filled 1-bedroom in a landmark building in Greenwich Village. It’s a really special, calm space that I’ve put a lot of care into, and I’m looking for someone who will enjoy it and treat it like their own.

**Please note: the apartment is only available for April 7–25 and I’m **only looking for someone who can stay the entire time (or at least 15 nights)

Hi! I’m the current tenant of this apartment and have lived here for several years - I absolutely love it and take a lot of pride in keeping it clean, organized, and thoughtfully set up. I work in marketing and split my time between working from home and being out and about in the city. I’ve intentionally designed the apartment to feel calm, cozy, and functional - whether you’re relaxing, sleeping, or working.

I have a great relationship with my building and neighbors - it’s a quiet, respectful community where everyone keeps to themselves, which is something I really value and want to maintain.
