Only a 8 minute walk to either the Hoboken or Newport PATH stations and a few hundred feet away from the Hoboken Light Rail and NJ Transit at Hoboken Terminal. The area is family-friendly with access to multiple restaurants and cafes in the immediate area.

I am the current leaseholder and will be the primary point of contact should you be interested in the space. If you want to apply, that's when I will connect you to the leasing manager for the building to get that process started.
I'm a software engineer and my wife is a product developer in skincare. We have lived in this apartment since August of 2024 (~19 months) but we moved to the Newport community back in 2022. The reason we are looking for a takeover of our lease is because my wife has accepted a new job in a different country. Her start date is in July, which requires us to move before the end of our lease.
In order to move in, the property requires new tenants to provide a $100 application fee and $400 administrative fee per tenant application.
If you are interested, you would have to provide an application for each of the tenants who plans to live in the apartment including the fees mentioned above.
The security deposit is currently $2,141.50, which you will provide us, the current tenants, the security deposit before moving in and you will receive that back from the property once your lease ends and you choose to move out.
Breakdown of all deposits and fees to move-in:
$100 - Application fee (per applicant/tenant)
$400 - Administrative fee (per applicant/tenant)
$2,141.50 - Security Deposit (paid to current tenants, which will be returned to you by property upon your lease end and move out.)
$4,430 - 1st month's rent starting June 1st (move-in)
Pets are allowed. You just have to register them and there might be a fee per pet. I don't know what that is because we don't have pets, but happy to find out that information should you need it.
