We love our apartment! We're located near the intersection of Bedford Ave/Fulton St in Bedford Stuyvesant Brooklyn, and we're looking for a clean & tidy sublessee who's respectful of our neighbors & property to stay here while we visit family this summer. The kitchen is open to the living room, and the bedroom has one queen bed with a new mattress. We also have a high chair, travel crib and/or stroller available upon request.

TRANSPORTATION
* 1 min walk to Nostrand Ave A/C train stop (@ Bedford) -- 20 min ride to DUMBO waterfront, 25 min to lower manhattan or 50 min to Rockaway beach. Goes to JFK as well.

* 5 min walk to S train at Franklin -- 5-10 min ride to the Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, and Prospect Park + Prospect Park Zoo (we have city-wide zoo passes you can use). Lots of cute restaurants on Franklin! 10-20 min walk.

* 5 min B44 Express bus or 13 min walk to G train -- 15 min ride to Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Lots of shopping, restaurants, waterfront etc.

We love this neighborhood. We're essentially on the cusp of Clinton Hill, Fort Greene, Prospect Heights, Crown Heights and Bedstuy. So any direction you walk, you'll find a slightly different vibe with different options, and they're all great. It's an urban area filled with brownstones and playgrounds, Shake Shack & Chipotle on the corner, coffee shops galore, and 2 large grocery stores in a 1-5 min walk -- one upscale with lots of organic options. Note: There's scaffolding on the outside of the building right now and occasional construction sounds. It doesn't bother us, but we're happy to discuss if you have questions.

About This Lister

We're a family of three who've been living here very happily for six years. I'm an actor, vocal artist and life coach/mentor. My husband is a storyboard artist/filmmaker and meditation instructor. Our son is a 6-yr-old wildling lovebug. We travel a lot and are good at taking care of others' spaces -- we'd like to find someone like-minded in that way! We rent from friends and want to be sure their space is cared for with same level of love and care we give it.
