The apartment is bright, spacious, and very quiet at night for those prioritizing a good night's sleep. It's also only a couple blocks from one of the best restaurant and food scenes in New York, with plenty of amazing restaurants and bars just a short walk away.

It's an extremely nice area to walk around and live in. There is also a very nice and modern laundry spot around the corner (open 7 days a week until very late), a Duane Reade a block away, and lots of convenient shops right around

I'm open to month-to-month subletting, but will give priority to those who can commit to a longer stay. The stay can be anywhere from 1-4 months. I'll be in another part of the city caring for a relative in that time, but I can easily stop by if you need anything!
