The apartment will be available starting 8/1. Move-in date is flexible - just let us know what works best for you and your situation! Note that there will be an option for lease takeover (our current lease runs through March, which would get you off the summer renting cycle - yay!) or you can elect to sign a new one year lease directly with the building now. The price listed ($6600/mo) is inclusive of amenity fees + water/trash. Renters handle electric + natural gas.
