This is a beautiful apartment! It has chevron hardwood floors throughout, except the bathroom, which is tile. Bosch appliances. Washer/dryer in the unit. Built-in dishwasher. Exterior door leads directly outside. And lots of closets! The storage solutions in this apartment can't be beat. The maintenance folks are fast if you ever need anything repaired, and it's super quiet.

The location is also superb. It's across the street from Prospect Park West, just a block above Bartel Pritchard Square. It's close to more charming restaurants than I could name, and it's a quick walk to multiple grocery stores. The schools are excellent, and the elementary school is just on the other side of the block.

We lived in this apartment for nearly two years and LOVED it, but I took a job upstate and the lease on my husband's shop was up, so it was time for us to leave the city. This really is a great little spot. We hope you love it as much as we did.
