Two true bedrooms (not a railroad apartment) with full closets, a bathroom with clawfoot tub, and dishwasher. No back yard access. Currently rented semi-furnished but can be rented unfurnished. Located on a beautiful, tree lined block, two blocks from the park itself and 3 1/2 blocks from the 45th Street subway. Close to a laundromat and great restaurants. We're considering installing a washer dryer for the rental unit in the basement, which would increase the rent.
We are the brownstone owners, landlords, and points of contact for the rental. We live in the top two floors of the building. One of us will show the apartment. No brokers are showing the apartment.
We ask renters to first sign a rental application with income, personal and prior landlord contacts for references, tax returns from the last two years, and info for a credit check. When the application is accepted, we have a yearly rental lease agreement. We'll be able to show the apartment at different times from 5/13-14 and 5/17-24.
