I am very sadly offering my beautiful Park Slope studio for a lease takeover due to a job change. The appliances are top notch, neighbors are lovely, quiet apartment, amazing neighborhood. 3 min to Union St R or 10 min to Atlantic Ave/Barclays for access to the NQR/BD/2345. You're a block from the heart of Park Slope and close to several grocery stores (Whole Foods, Lidl, etc).

6th floor of a charming little building that was built in 2020 as a condo building, but ultimately was leased out. The finishes are thus very high end as it was constructed for a buyer rather than a renter. This is easily the best apartment I've lived in in NYC!

It's a studio but doesn't really feel like it as it's pretty spacious and you're separated from the kitchen. Bathroom is very nice. Great AC/heating situation with a thermostat. Combined washer/dryer. I have literally asked 1x for a repair request because the unit is that new and well designed.

The building is pretty secure with a camera doorbell though no doorman. We have a rooftop grill/party space, which isn't used very often. I had friends over to grill quite a few times! Small in-building gym.

I also have a storage unit in the basement!

My only nit is that the closet could be bigger.

You just feel super comfortable here and like it's a great oasis from the city. I will be sad to leave but will be leaving positive and great vibes here.
