Our two-floor apartment in a light-filled and roomy townhouse is available for a short-term rental from February 1, 2026 - May 15, 2026.

Perfect for a family or a set of roommates looking to stay within walking distance of cultural icons such as the Brooklyn Museum, the Botanic Garden and the Central Public Library. Even closer are the Barclay's Center and the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Incredible restaurants, bookshops, groceries, and even a stationer are a block away.

The kitchen is spacious and bright, and is great for cooking for the family or gathering with friends. There is a deck accessible from the kitchen with a seating area and stairs leading down to the backyard.

The front room of the first floor is a flexible art studio space -- we often run art classes and drawing or zine-making events here. We would love to have it continue to be used this way, so we would be happy to negotiate a lower rental price for subletters who are interested in such a set up.

Upstairs are two large bedrooms with windows facing the backyard and the street. The front room is plant-filled and has an office space. There is a middle room we use as a guest room -- it has a skylight that wakes everyone up with the sunrise! Two full-bathrooms are located just outside the bedrooms, one with a stacked washer/dryer unit.

We are hoping to rent our apartment to those that will love it and take care of it (and be respectful of our neighbors!). We’ll leave furniture, linens, kitchen stuff, and everything you need to settle in for a short stay (with plenty of books to read too). If you are interested, please set up a time to see it.
