Franklin Ave is a cool place to live, full of restaurants, coffee shops and nice vibes. (Little Zelda, Silver Rice etc..) 5 minutes walk to Prospect Park. Transportation is amazing: 2/3/4/5 two blocks and S/A/C 10 minutes walk. This neighborhood is a small village! The Best spot!! You will be sharing the apt just with me.
The Room:
The room has a built-in closet, queen-size bed and dresser. The room has a window with beautiful morning light.
About This Lister
I am Betta (Architect) and I am on my 30's; respectful with my space and other. I have a 9-6 job and I would like to share the apartment with someone with the same schedule. I keep my apt very clean. Not party people. While I enjoy a glass of wine or a beer together, I enjoy a quiet and comfortable home and want to maintain that level of respect for one another’s space.
