Rent my bedroom in South Williamsburg off the G/J/M trains. The room has a large closet and beautiful window. I have two sweet boy roommates and a very friendly cat. The apartment is very large with plenty of storage space, in-unit laundry, a dishwasher, central air, two bathrooms, elevator, and a balcony.

The furniture/items in the bedroom are not included unless you’d like to keep the bed.

My roommates are tidy and very easy to get along with. Martini (the cat) is very friendly and won’t bother you. The G train is right down the block and the J/M is a 5 minute walk.

Maintenance is addressed quickly by our super/property manager. I’ve never seen pests of any kind in the apartment.
