This charming 1BR in the heart of Crown Heights is located just a few blocks from the A,C Nostrand stop. It's a short walk to Brower park, and a 25min walk to prospect park. There are many great coffee shops and restaurants nearby, most of which are a couple of blocks away on Franklin ave.

The apartment is fully furnished and ready to stay in! It has a fully stocked kitchen, and a really comfortable bed. The apartment features a great sound system, really cozy lighting, and a nice gas stove. The bedroom is very quiet and comfortable. I've had a handful of guests and many have come back to stay again.

I'm flexible on rental dates as well, I'm a cameraman away working.
